Soon SPAC obtained the first and Only Asian Radio station License to operate, Manage and Market the frequency of FM 104.2 from The Ministry of Information , Kingdom of Bahrain.

The company was conceptualized by P.Unnikrishnan a much recognized persona in the Middle East in the Media Industry .He break new ground to introduce the First Indian Private Television channel in the Kingdom and produced more than 1500 Television Episodes to promote Bahrain and its tourism potentials. He is the  son of C.M.Padmanabhan Nair a freedom Fighter and Socialist and also the born in the family  of  Mahakavi P.Kunhiraman Nair one of the Most popular poet from Kerala.

With in a short span of time SPAC became one of the top advertising Agency in Bahrain with more than 200 strong brands in their credentials.

VOICE FM 104.2 became one of the most influencing Media in the country with the highest reachablity in terms of listenership among the Asian Expatriates in the Country.

SPAC is the Media Partner for Labour Market Regulatory Authority (LMRA). SPAC is the representative office for AVITEL POST STUDIOZ LTD one of the most leading name in India in Post production and archiving business.
